Allison is the first stylist I’ve had who has made me love my hair. I first met Allison in 2017 after two prior stylists had completely destroyed my hair; I’m talking it was burnt orange and fried. I’d heard that Allison could save it but that felt impossible. I left that first appointment feeling more confident and beautiful than I had in years. Since then, she has consistently given me the hair of my dreams; various colors, lengths, and styles. Allison is a dream stylist; incredibly easy to talk to, adventurous but not pushy, and amazing abilities that are both natural born talent and technical skill. I will be moving to Southern CA in a few months but am seriously considering flying back just so I can keep going to her.

I have never enjoyed getting my hair done at regular salons (i.e. always cut my hair too short, overbooked and rushed appointments, major product pushing) so I am beyond grateful to have found Allison! Not only is she an absolute sweetheart, but she is also an exceptionally talented stylist. I look genuinely forward to every appointment with her, and my hair has never looked or felt better!

Allison does such an amazing job based on many measures but for Yelp's sake I'll tell you two. (1) She takes input very seriously. I think she might be able to read minds to be honest because she always seems to know exactly what I want when I give her my initial cut selection and she modifies her cut upon feedback that she solicits! It can be awkward asking a hair dresser to make changes but she always makes sure the process is comfortable by checking in at the right times. (2) She can do variety! I have seen her cut three people's hair to very different requests without missing a beat. Of course, we all had our own time dedicated to us but since we all drove up to her mountain bungalow at the same time she was willing to give us all a cut - two girl cuts and one guy cut  amazing to multitask like that. Your cut will come out amazing because she can handle anything thrown at her!

Let me start off by saying that Alli has always been and continues to be amazing.
Let's share my story from today. I went elsewhere (I know, shame on me!) and asked to have the tips of my hair dyed purple. Well, as you can see from the pictures, that is NOT what I ended up with. Not only was my hair super damaged, frizzy as sh*t, it was GREEN. I was told elsewhere that my hair was too damaged and the purple would never take and that's why I ended up with green hair. Right, okay.
I texted Alli and made an appointment and she deep-conditioned my hair and took time to reassure me, dye my hair and guess what.. it's purple now like I wanted! She's absolutely amazing, takes very good care of her clients, reasonably priced - super highly recommended. I would give 20 stars if I could.

Allison was referred to us by our wedding officiant Corrina Mcfarlane as our hair stylist. She did an amazing job. She's young but very experienced. She worked with Ashlie Sadri and both of them did a great job. She's very professional, friendly and sweet. My hair style was wonderful. It lasted the whole day without any problem. Â Although I did not have any trial due to time constraints, I showed the hair style on the day and she did not fail to meet my expectation. I highly recommend Allison.

Before meeting with Allison we talked via email and I explained what I wanted with photo included. Scheduling was so easy and flexible and she responded to my emails quickly. When I arrived to my appointment, parking was effortless and salon was clean, orderly and beautiful. The walkway is enchanting. Allison was prepared and ready to get to work. She had everything she needed and was efficient. Allison is my savory and I am so happy with the results. She did everything I requested and my hair is thin and long. Very difficult to work with. Allison has been doing my hair for almost a year now and I asked myself why I didn’t come any sooner?! I’m a blonde and it’s hard to get the color that you love! But she seems to NAIL it every single time!!! My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been and I also love when she does a trim and she doesn’t take 3 inches off your hair LOL. Allison is absolutely the best! She did a fantastic job taming my super frizzy, curly hair for my wedding last year. Allison was very professional, so kind and fun to be around from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, the trial was super fun and smooth, and she was a major calming presence on my wedding day. She even ended up doing both of my daughters hair at the last minute so that I didn't have to worry about that.
